Yeah, you might have to buy it from Germany and the cost maybe gets a bit daft with postage, for something that may or may not be that effective:

I'm a bit cautious of "new" chemicals on brake components too.
Other sprays seem to be mostly cleaners, (which I'm told can be unkind to some of the components).
At least the above does say "Protects brake discs from corrosion and rust film during long periods of inactivity".
I'm sceptical, but.......
