Had the two rear corner bumpers arrive late last night via Royal Mail, they look as good as new, so just gotta wait for the paint and primer to turn up then i can have a go at one, should be fun, and might have a look at the wheels this week and get them down the road as the company that refurbs them is about five minutes away.  |

Well it looks like my paint order has gone missing. It was sent out last Wednesday with a 48hour delivery with Royal Mail and it still hasn't arrived at Royal Mail according to the tracking, So i phoned the place up where i got the paint from and they said they've had this issue before with RM, so they'll re-send the order using DPD, so why not just use DPD if they're more reliable.

Think one is as good/bad as the other. DPD used to be very good but price rises drove companies to look elsewhere. I find the RM parcel delivery is quite hit and miss. Parcelforce seem to be a bit more predictable. And don't start me on DHL !! Hope you get the paint you need soon.

The lady i spoke to did say that they have had this sort of issue with RM before and the package is usually found but weeks later so i will just have to wait and see what turns up and when. |

Well my brother came round today and we finally managed to try one of the new/used TTE wheels on to make sure all is ok which it is and they are been collected tomorrow to be refurbed, at last. I think they make the Rav look even better. Think Mrs P will be happy Can i get locking wheel nuts for them, i have tried Kingo but no luck there as they are now discontinued.   |

Also the tyres are all fairly new budget summer tyres at about £90 each so not too cheap a tyre, so will they be ok for the sort of mileage we do now or is it best to replace? |

Thanks Bob, not sure about the ones with the caps as they usually go missing.
I was going to get a complete set of new nuts but these old ones will do as you can hardly see them.
