I have had enough polishing these things (headlights) and they just bring the whole appearance down.
Has anyone come across any after market headlights with maybe projectors built in for LED or HID conversions? The OEM headlights are remarkably expensive so thought it may be worth a look around, can’t find anything!

I doubt there is anything around for the RAV4. It does not have a big enough "modding" market to make it worthwhile.

Any new headlights will make you car look showroom again but Best Buy genuine and not Far East eBay stuff 👍🏻 Could be a couple of hundred each so not the end of the world , I priced a pair up for my Lexus sc430 = £1150 😳.....I’ll just keep polishing them for now 😉

As an aside, if Aftermarket lights ARE located, check they are actually usuable!
Examples .... There are quite a few Aftermarket 'fancy' Headlights for the VW T4 Transporter. All but one of them are a distinct performance downgrade even on the relatively poor OEM units. I fitted Aftermarket copies of the "Caravelle" Headlights on my VW T5. They were excellent, but ... they were direct but cheaper copies of the OEM Headlights. FWIW, they were made by DEPO, who is a market leader in headlight manufacturing, so could be worth checking what is in their range. Finally, I had Aftermarket Headlights on the Suzuki Swift. These looked very smart but were very poor in output. I replaced them with 2nd hand OEM Swift Headlights. Putting the car back to standard transformed the light output again!
