So on our little jaunt down to Tewkesbury last Saturday we had the windows open and Mrs P was on about how noisy the Rav is with the windows open even just a little, so I said that you can get wind deflectors to cut the noise down, so showed her THESE ones on Ebay and said if they're any good get them and after last nights little trip out she mentioned them again. So my question is are they any good do they work do any of you have them or had them on your ravs?

They make utterly hee McHaw difference to wind noise with windows OPEN, and actually increase wind noise witnessed with windows CLOSED. Furramore, if not the clip type and are secured by double sided ticky tape, they may tend to come adrift in heat, leaving big snotters of adhesive in your window channel(s) which has to be removed by such as Tardis and takes bliddy ages. Avoidify........but DO help ventilation whilst stationary as disguises fact that windows are slightly open.

My line of thought ..if you have air/con available no real need to have the windows open at speed 🤔

These do not work well on a 3-door model, but I might consider their use with 5-door equivalent. You can't trust the adhesive nor the clips to retain the curved end.
Wind noise? Never really found they make an improvement, but sometimes I do like the window open too, in place of air conditioning.

Thanks Tankman :TU: This model Rav doesn't have the sunroof which Mrs P and meself liked in the previous Rav and do like having the windows open when it's hot, even though the air con is nice and cold in the Rav
