Where was the switch from, breaker, new or China?
It was from the older Toyota, the 2006 model. It worked excellent in that car Was the 2006 a 4.2 or 4.3 model? It would be really helpful all round if you could complete some details in your 'User control panel'

I'll see if I can get a picture of my switch tomorrow (no idea if you can see it), but if you're not even getting the light to come on I can't see that being the issue.

Just been out, can't see the switch, I think you'd have to start removing panels to see it, but as said I'm not sure this is your issue, if you can't even get your 'cruise control' light to come on.
