Not sure what’s going on here. My rear tyre on the 4.3 is worn out from the outer to the middle. Not sure how it’s happening as air pressure is always checked regularly and they seem to be ok. It’s hard to explain so my sons stood them next to each other to make it easier to see what I mean. Obviously I’m going to get it replaced during the week but before I get it replaced any ideas on what may have caused it to go like this so I can get that rectified. The front tyres are all sound worn out evenly across the whole tyre.if you look at the tyre you can’t stand it up it means to one side.

If the tyre has been run over-inflated then it will wear faster in the middle of the tread; conversely, if under-inflated, it will wear faster at the outer edges. If the pressures have all been checked with the same gauge and only one tyre is affected then I would say that the geometry is out on that corner. Maybe a bent suspension arm, worn bush, or knackered shock? It is amazing how easy it is to knock something out of spec on a pothole, etc. You'd think that a 4x4's suspension would be tough but they can be surprisingly fragile if they are struck at the "right" angle and speed.

Think I’ll get the 4 wheel alignment check. The front wheels seem ok it doesn’t pull to any direction if I was to hold the steering wheel loose. I do recall going over potholes we had around locally during the bad weather so maybe that what could’ve caused the back wheel to go out of alignment. The pressures are always checked at the same place so I’m probably thinking it’s more likely the alignment is probably out

A worn wheel bearing can cause that sort of wear.
