Talk to me...
So we're wondering about adding a MK7 Fiesta ST (the outgoing model) to our fleet. The launch of the new model seems to be flooding the market with the old car.
Not had a hot hatch for many years, always preferred a roadster tbh. But having relocated to Ayrshire in Scotland it has become quite clear a small hot hatch would be perfect for the miles and miles of clear b-roads.
Anyone any experience of the fiesta, pros and cons, or indeed suggestions of better alternatives.

I’ll talk to you ... I spent some time looking up a possible replacement for my daughters TOYOTA aygo and each review I looked up the Ford Fiesta came out on top, the latest 2018 models gets the most ticked but the model you are looking at is a close second . I’m a Japanese enthusiast so the fiesta was never for me, a newer Aygo or Yaris was on the cards or maybe a Mazda 3 but in the end she likes the car so much so not changing for now 👍🏻

I had a Fiesta Sport van which was a 1-6 TDCI and it was absolutely amazing. It really did go and the handling was epic.... I put big miles on it as I was working then and it never missed a beat. Not one. Shel suit image hides a true wee flying machine which can slaughter many seemingly faster superior cars. Residuals are strong .

The garage I use rate most Fords better than many other makes - and rate Vauxhalls rubbish.
