Now that the average time for pit stops is under 3 seconds to me there is an increase risk to mechanics like what happened Ferrari in Bahrain.
What should happen?
Nothing, it's a risk that can be managed Remove all electronics make the release manual Only allow a single mechanic on each wheel to do all 3 functions, wheel off, wheel on, air gun Something else?

Could be wrong but the Ferrari nutguns have an electronic link to the green/red lights, so in the case of the mechanic getting injured, the nut gun went on the nut didn’t come off guy tried again and the electronics saw that as changed.....yet the Guy was still holding the unchanged wheel and got mowed down !

I reckon there should be a minimum time per stop - say 4 seconds? That would stop risk-taking for the sake of 0.1 seconds and still require a very coordinated crew. Formula E have a minimum time for car swapping to ensure driver is all properly strapped in and the principle for other safety aspects wouldn't hurt.
