Hi
Firstly please accept my apologies if this has been covered before.
I have just bought a EYOYO Mini 0903 Dashcam I wanted something not too expensive with GPS and a capacitor not a battery and this seemed to fit the bill. Anyway ultimately it will go in the Rav4, but my intention is to take it with us when we go to Australia next month, partly for a bit of security with the camper van but also it gives a chance to catch things that you might miss by the time you get your camera out while you are driving along. In 2016 we did a trip in the states and any time we saw something that might be of interest later we just noted down the time, and in the evening I downloaded any interesting bits of film and saved them.
Anyway back to my main question, the camera uses double sided sticky pads to fix it to the windscreen, I would like to try it in the rav4 before we go so that I can make sure that it works and I know how to use it.
Then when we are in Australia we will be hiring 2 different camper vans the first for 3 weeks to drive from Adelaide to Darwin, then a second Van for 10 Days on the west coast from Perth. I obviously need to cleanly remove it and re-fix it in each case.
Can anyone suggest a suitable solution as I only get one set of pads with the camera.
The cheap basic dashcam I used last time just had a suction cup, so it was easy to move so I hadn't even thought of the mounting problem when I bought this one.
