I took a test drive in a 2022 RAV4 today and found the drive very impressive and I really liked the car. All apart from the infotainment system which seemed like it was from 10 years ago
It seemed a very unclear and dim screen and seemed to be very slow to react to any input
How do people who own one find it? Do you just get used to it or does it annoy you?

That seems to be a common complaint, but I guess it really depends on what you are used to. I've had Toyota 'infotainment' systems for the past 14 years and the seem perfectly fine to me - they do the job. Only you can judge whether the system is good enough for you ...

Tried a 2023 model today and the infotainment is much better. The issue is a 2023 Excel is now over 40k new so hits the extra road tax. So over 5 years that’s an extra 2k in tax. Is the improve infotainment really worth that
