Anyone else up watching ? I was! Started watching about 5.30 am and then the race from 6. I enjoyed it but then I always do. My oldest son lives in Japan. |

What’s with that mandatory tyre stop before lap 17 ? Pirelli had concerns with going over the track edge rubble strips, so a max of 18 laps was imposed on all tyres choices. |

How does that work then ? A driver hits a drainage cover at 210 MPH which causes 1M worth of damage and seriously could have ended up with a colossal crash that could of cost him his life. Exaggerated? I think not 210MPH and foot firmly on the throttle is a recipe for disaster….. Then the team gets told the damage cost is down to them but the biggie the driver gets a 10 place grid penalty 😳😳😳😳😳 There is seriously something wrong with a sport when absolutely ridiculous $hit like this happens…. The FIA are the clowns who have to very closely inspect every inch of every track before any car is allowed to touch that tarmac. So they reward a team and the driver that crap because there’s no rule that lets them do otherwise. I wonder why I watch the circus … |
