Running the aircon in my 'new' RAV, kept getting sneezing bouts. Unusual cos I don't do pollen problems. So decided to howk out the cabin filter...blimey!! It couldn't have been changed since new! Totally black, full of dead insects and leaves. Fitted new filter - a nice white one - and all sneezing stopped! Wonder if thats why the previous owner sold it? haha

I changed that once and then the glove box kept dropping open. I tried several times to refit the lid but no matter what I did I failed. Took my pride in my hand and went back to the dealer  and 20 seconds later it was done properly and in the last 8 years it has been perfect. |

I am confident the dealer does change it as we have been going there for years and we get on very well. Upon checking
stuff charged for they come across as honest in fact they don't even try to increase their profit by trying to convince
us that extra work is needed when it isn't.

pollen filterWell...up at 5am to search through the bin. Found the filter near the bottom...(bin gets emptied every 3 weeks whether it needs to or not) ![Pollen filter]() doesn't quite beat Bobs, but not far away.
(one day I will crack the knack of adding pictures)
