Been looking thru Youtube videos and past posts about what unit I could fit to my 2002 model. I think its a 6.2" screen needed. I would like handsfree for mobile phone; possibly DAB radio; and DVD/CD ability maybe. And sat nav so a screen needed...plus a reversing camera
Anybody any ideas of where I should be looking, or recommendations on a unit? I did have DAB radio on number 2 but it wisnae that great tbh. My phones are android op system. I use Waze a lot for sat nav.
Thanks for any ideas....and no, I don't want to buy yer 5 door RAV.

I’m sure Hoovie fitted an aftermarket double din to his green 3 door …give him a shout 👍🏻 As you’ve probably see, lots of YouTube clips fitting units to other Toyota models …..lots of choice of units on eBay/ Amazon . |

We have a pioneer unit fitted to the 4.2, it’s replaced the old pioneer unit which we had for years. It’s got Apple car play which is ideal for me and the wife both use iPhones but you can get the units for android too. It doesn’t play dvds our old unit did but if your connecting via your phone you should be able to mirror onto the unit

I spoke to Halfords but they weren't keen as they could find a surround to fit arounf the double din Pioneer unit. I'm thinking of just doing it myself but don't want to start and then find nothing fits. Thanks A small company in Glasgow seems to be closed...not sure if its the Glasgow fair Fortnight holiday!

Invested in a Pioneer SPH-DA360DAB. Was going to fit it myself, but as my legs go into cramp/spasms if I bend at all, then the car is booked in to a car audio shop to do the install. Rear camera (zat no a bit daft for such a wee car eh?) to be fitted too. Got used to the rear parking sensor and camera on the Volvo, so become lazy. When I'm driving trucks, one tends not to bother with reversing as the trucks are fitted with 2 big rubber bumpers lol.
