1. Some time ago, I stuck a filter from an old defunct domestic karcher pressure washer, (off the end of the short, clear, chemical feed tube) on the end of the feed pipe, that goes in the foam lance bottle.
2. At the end of the wash, I also take the bottle off the lance and "rinse" with just plain water going through, for a few minutes, with the adjuster both fully open and fully closed.
The water here, is quite hard.
Haven't had a foam lance blockage for ages doing that. That will of course have now cursed it.
Probably down more to 1 above than 2, but I haven't tried just one thing only on it's own.

Kev, have you tried it yet mucker ?  The fratter is wozen in the hastic plose, Jase min.........to the extent it just split ma plastic nozzle tip right aff.....! Thanks for exploded diagrams, Charlie........I may have transposed (Jase......put them wrang way roon) two wee washers, a rubber and a steel wan immediately under the rotary regulator knob........will check and report. |

Yep.....under the rotary knob there is the wee square section adjusteriser bit......removed that......rubber washer should be on top of steel washer to seal. Knumbnuts Kev had them wrang way roon.....bliddy eejit. When ah finish helping Noah with his project, will try it out and report.
Oh....and the brand new wan I just got from that China.....? The very wee gland that Charlie pointed oot I had missed, the wan whom which the wee supply pipe attaches to.....it was only on by aboot two bliddy threads fgs.........does ANYBODY donate an excrement about quality these days, mins....?
Hopefully now back to two working guns and a KARCHER wan that Charlie does NOT rate......lol.

BTW; I'm holding back on ordering a foam gun and juice as I've just signed up for Autobrites news letter so in patiently waiting for their big discount offer on my first order. When I ordered my gun and foam Jase, I did not use the website mainly because at the time a couple of years ago my card got cloned. So I phoned them instead as I said above, the guy I spoke to at the time said I should always phone for a better deal than the website. The guy was true to his word, straight from the horses mouth 👍 |

I used Magifoam today..... have to say how good it is and how much more cleaning power over the best of the rest...
Jase get your lance off EBay they are much cheaper and Magifoam is not badly priced there either. Mark at Autobrite does not often do discounts. I’ve known him for over twenty years.
