Evening All

I have found countless noise/whine related posts but none that seem to match my issue - 2005 3 door t/diesel.......from just under 2k to 3.5k (not been any higher) it initially sounded like turbo whistle but it sounds much more like electrical interference......but radio is deffo off. Reduces slightly at constant throttle - power/pull seems fine.

Are you sure it's not turbo related ?

Wow! your memory is a lot better than mine Big Fella! :TU: It certainly rings a bell with me. I may have this wrong but I seem to recall it being a gubbered filter and changing it cured the problem. It would be a fairly cheap item to change ( DIY ) and couldn't possibly do any harm.
