I’m the most recent to have bought a car from them , Paul, Jim and Aaron have also purchased from them . Ah ok yes I had a feeling someone did. It’s a shame about the steering wheel and my Mrs is quite fussy with things like that so unfortunately that’s off the list now. We’re not in a rush as the PCP finishes in February so we’ve just under 2 months to find something. It took a while to find my car…. I was looking for a 4.3 SR or an Invincible… Bad to be white and mint. No point in hurrying if you don’t have too.. The steering wheel thing is not uncommon.. It was the alcohol sanitizers that caused the surface peeling. Royal Steering Wheels can re trim them in any combination of leather and alcantara you choose. As above you need a donor wheel or be prepared to have your one off the car for the 2 week turnaround to do your existing wheel. Cost is circa £200. |

Defo no rush mate sometimes after Xmas some good deals to have so just have to wait and see. I am upset about the C-HR maybe we were just unlucky and got a bad one. The fuel consumption is awesome and it is nice to drive. I’ve just gone off it now since the windscreen issues. |

Anyway had a chap called Jim call back his going to send me some photos of a recent steering wheel repair. It’s also got no parcel shelf which is missing so his going to get back to me about that too. |

Jim is a great guy, he goes the extra mile 👍🏻 . I was better looked after by him, than when I bought a car from Lexus a few years back 😳

That steering wheel looks awful and driver seat outer bolster looks pretty tired too for the mileage. Several marks on various parts of the interior too. Should there be a cap on the 12V outlet? Methinks not a 'very careful lady owner'.

Got you just gone through it, I think his missed it out on the ad as according the Toyota garage it was serviced 20/09/2017 @ 37353 miles. All the history is with Jemca Toyota in London. So I think he missed it on the ad. |

I'd ask a question or two. It could be that the paperwork is missing or somebody in Service Dept forgot to stamp the book. |

Waiting for Jim to get back to me. His sent the photo of a steering wheel his had done recently which does look very good. He said he was going to call back about the parcel shelf but as of yet he hasn’t. |
