Local news tonight was saying Worcestershire was top in the country for number of the county's total population now vaccinated. 16% of total population, I think they said. :TU: Maybe Worcs population are all just old codgers.  |

My immediate neighbour has recently passed away, she was 97. Most of the others are in their 80s or 90s. |

I gratefully received my first vaccination yesterday at a vaccination centre in Reigate. did, t expect to get a jab until March so very pleased to be invited. Hats off to all the volunteers and staff who were well organised from the parking to the actual jab.
Thankfully no apparent side effects other than a sore arm.

Just heard a very good friend is in hospital fighting for his life. He has not listened one bit to the rules and has been mixing with his freinds from work as if nothing was going on. Now he’s up against it. A very heavy smoker which has damaged his respiratory system.
I feel most for his wife and kids. His wife also has been infected .....

The amount of people i've seen just carrying on as normal is mental.
I went to check on my folks and auntie at the weekend, and even felt bad doing that!!
Good news is theyve all now had their jags. Phew!!
