When creating a new thread, please use a Subject Description that helps to describe the question asked or point discussed.
This will help others to understand what the topic is about and if they feel they have useful input to contribute or interest in the topic. It also helps when people are using internet search engines to look for information. For the reasons above, A title may be changed to correct any spelling errors or similar.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is at the descretion of the Admin and Moderation Team if a thread title needs to be changed from the original Subject entered. The Poster maybe informed either by PM or by a entry in the thread to tell them this has occurred, but as we regard this as simple "housekeeping" of the forum, we may simply change the title without notice or notification.
If we think a Topic raised would be better located in a different Sub-Forum within the RAV4 Drivers Club, then we will move the thread appropriately. The Poster will be informed this has taken place.
If duplicate threads are raised, or a topic is created that matches an existing topic, we may either delete the duplicates or combine the new thread with the old one to keep the same topics together and consolidate the responses. What options are used will depend of which approach is best in the views of the Moderator dealing with it.
The above is not a change in the T&Cs of the Forum or the use of it by the Membership, but simply a clarification of the roles of the Membership and the Moderation Team.
