Hi Hoovie, I have copies of the instructions for changing the Differential Oil and also the Transfer Oil, almost certainly posted by Anchorman, on another forum several years ago. The instructions contain spec and quantities for the lubricants. Are they worth Posting? |

any of anchormans stickey's, on gearbox/diff/,and the like been added yet. looking for information. thanks I showed Anchorman and Andy shcm how to change the gearbox, transfer box, and rear diff oils on wife's 3 door Rav a few years back, Martin......very worthwhile job as car ran even betterer than its usual faultless self, with gear changes slightly more slick than prior. The stink aff especially the tranny box and rear diff old oils wouldah put a skunk to shame.....!! Best done over a pit or up on a hoist I would proffer. |

Hey you! - less of the big  OK BK, I've had a root round in my own "technical Information" files and posted the ones which seem most relevant in the "How too...... " guides. A couple of points: 1) I didn't author any of the posts. They were almost all done by Anchorman - so it's him we need to thank! 2) I'm afraid they are all written in English so I'll have to rely on my colleague from our "Northern Dependency" if a Gaelic version is required!!!!!!!! If there are any other posts that anyone considers might be useful, let me know and I'll have a further root. |
