Came on yesterday a couple of times and then went off. Had a look today and suspect it is to do with the fluid being near the min mark. Any other things that can cause it? There appears to be a sensor on the side of the reservoir.

Well a top up can't hurt in the first instance. When was the fluid last changed?

Check the thickness of your pads, if they are all getting thin, then the pistons are well out causing the fluid to go low, if you do put some more in then when you do the pads careful when you ush them back that you don't overflow the fluid.

Thanks for the advice. Bought some fluid yesterday (£11 for a litre!) and topped up. Seems OK now.
