The 4.2 is due for its MOT next week and the rear box is blowing. I’ve looked on ECP and they list 2 but they don’t say if it’s for the 3 door or 5 door. Any help appreciated 😎😊

Refresh my memory...is you car 3 or 5 door, petrol/diesel and year 👍🏻 Scrap that request ...your avatar ...Xt4 so 4 door and petrol &2005...I go check 😉 |

They list two rear boxes £112 and £148 , the cheaper one says 3 door so best ask their chat line if the other one 705822131 is for a 5 door 👍🏻 Have a look on their sister company ...... www.carparts4less.co.uk |

I’ve heard of them being mentioned on here before but I’ve never really bothered. More than happy to save whatever I can so will always compare them both in future

Exhaust arrived at the garage earlier today. Looks all good fitted nice and shiny. Start the car up and it’s blowing. it was blowing from the weld that goes along the entire length of the box. So had a new one ordered which should arrive tomorrow. The funny thing is according to the manger “that’s the 1st time that’s happened in all my years working here!”
Trust me to get the one that slips through quality control
