Oh Dear, how funny was that Hulk blinks first & tries to be clever & cuts the corner, Stroll think F' that virtually stops to make sure Hulk stays on front, it was like one of those cycle races where the slowest wins. I think they all ought to get a 5 second penalty added to their best qualifying time. Or even better they all get a 10 place grid penalty, that would spice up the race.

You would have thought that going down the last long straight they would have known they weren't going to make it & at least 1 team would have told them to floor it

The stewards didn’t make the right calls yesterday due to the pressure of the venue and fans ! Leclerc did push Lewis off the track and did gain an advantage cutting the corner 🙄 can’t remember what the FIA stands for 🤔🤔

The stewards didn’t make the right calls yesterday due to the pressure of the venue and fans ! Leclerc did push Lewis off the track and did gain an advantage cutting the corner 🙄 can’t remember what the FIA stands for 🤔🤔 Potentially, but he was given the black/white warning flag which they have all agreed to rather than penalty for 1st offence, I suspect if the boot goes to the other foot Lewis will not yield as much as he would normally, I think we're entering dangerous times. Max came along & pushed the rules, he was reigned in slightly, now Charles is doing the same, the old guard battled to different rules, possibly more exciting but definitely more dangerous. As to cutting the corner, did he gain an advantage? had there been a brick wall there definitely, but he was in front, h had to slow, lost momentum it was just Lewis wasn't close enough to capitalise.
The more dangerous ones were Vettel & Stroll both rejoining the track, both dangerous, although I'm not sure what either could have done, due to the design of the cockpits neither could see if anything was coming.

Think Lewis may change is game plan with the youngsters as the season continues both max and Leclerc tend to move about when been overtaken . The Vettel & Stroll incident I feel the angle of the cars made it impossible to see back at that angle to be sure nothing was coming ...maybe finding reverse gear and changing the angle of the car might of helped , Vettel is now two points away from a one race ban ...it’s really not going his way this year .

Part of me thinks he may walk away with a view to coming back in 12 months, but whether there will be a seat is another matter

I'm just liking the fact there's some competition now. 1st half of the season was zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Hopefully this will continue at Singapore. Redbull normally go well there too.

Hopefully this will continue at Singapore. Redbull normally go well there too. Qualifying might be more exciting than the race, there is no real opportunity to overtake
