Bit of feedback from me - a complete novice at this till the start of lockdown. Ended it with the DAS 6 pro plus. Practiced on the Yaris - twice - mainly flat panels so quite easy really. Doubt there's a shinier 63 plate Yaris in the world Then the Evoque, this was a bit trickier, bits I couldn't really get to because the pads I started with, 100m and 150mm, were just too big. Got a 50mm on order. Only done the bonnet on the slk to remove some stone chips. TBH its probably as easy to wax by hand as before but the machine is miles better/easier for the polishing process. Just plucking up the courage to try the mazda. TBH it is the one with the most swirls and what feels like the softest paint. Plus it's kinda low, so the back is going to have a tough day that day!!

Bearing in mind that the Mazda is low can you raise it on ramps? I have two pairs of these: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/264872468968for the SLK. Alternatively, you're a practical chap, you could make something similar with old scaffold boards.

Im wondering if they are high enough to allow me to get under the RAV4 to get at the oil filter. I won’t go under unless it’s secure so a Jack even with axle stands which are a fiddle anyway isn’t safe enough for me. Those ramps are bigger than the caravan ones and look very good 👍👍👍

There are taller ones. These come in at 215mm high: link
I'm not recommending either seller as there are lots to chose from so best to have a look at a few. Alternatively:
