It is possible for a Guest (i.e. someone who is not logged in) to be able to read posts, and also to create threads and reply to posts here on the RAV4 Drivers Club.
Posting by Guests are limited however to the SUV Technical Q&A Sub-Board to post technical queries.
This means that should someone be looking for help and advice they don't need to go through a registration process just to ask a question.
Of course it is recommended that an account be created to give full access to the Forum and its Community Features, but it can be useful for those odd occasions when logging in is not possible.
