Highly likely, but go here: www.toyota-mapupdates.eu/Shop/IndexSelect RAV4 Scroll along. Sat Nav B9004 is Gen 5. Select that. Get the part number off your current DVD and enter it in the box below. If the resulting upgrade something like PZ445-X03EU-0N, then your should be OK with that ebay one. Otherwise try to find a source for whatever part number the Toyota site gives you (assuming you don't want to pay Toyota upgrade prices). Please update your profile to show your vehicle details.

Thanks for your help shcm, I visited the local Toyota dealer today, after a long time on the computer they printed out a quote for the latest disk: 2268 Norwegian kroner/190 pounds!
Unless I can find a cheap copy of the latest I will go for the one on Ebay.
I´ll update my profile now... cheers, John

Hmmmm....
I bought the disc on Ebay a couple of days ago but it looks a bit like your copy? (wouldn´t mind if it was a copy as long as it works and keeps working, I guess I´ll find out!
When I tried to do a destinatio/address useing the disc that came with my car I found out that it only covered Britain, Sweden and Vatican City, so will not work in that way.
The strange part is that it does show where I am in Norway and I can navigate to points such as Home or other destinations that I have already added when I was there.

To cover all of Europe, they used to be sold as a set of 4 or 5 DVDs.

For a Gen 05 system, I believe that it is four DVDs. The UK is properly covered on Europe West. Norway is properly covered on Europe North. By "properly covered" I mean the DVD provides POI and address information - I believe that the basic road maps are available on all DVDs. France is covered by both the West and Central DVDs - so driving from the UK to France doesn't require a DVD swap. But if you then travel on to Germany you do need to swap DVDs - Germany is covered by both Central and North but not West. It makes sense ... You can check coverage here: www.toyota-mapupdates.eu/Coverage/Index

I bought 1 off an ebay seller, it took 3 discs before I got one that worked, but has been fine every since, unfortunately the routing algorithm isn't very good.
