I bought this Kyham Motordome Sleeper with the Quick Erect system in Feb 2016. This was the brand new model released at the NEC Motorhome Show. See order below
"Thank you for ordering from Khyam. A receipt of your order is below.

Product Price Quantity Total
Khyam Motordome Sleeper Quick Erect Awning (S)
Grey / Black / Flourescent Trim - 110285 £499.99 1 £499.99
Khyam Motordome Sleeper Clip-In Groundsheet (2015 Model) (S)
Charcoal Grey - 210492 £0.00 1 £0.00
I understand that this item is being pre purchased for an estimated despatch date of the 7th Mar"
This was used in 2016 for around 5 weekends and in 2017 for around 3 weekends. the awning itself is in perfect condition with NO tears anywhere - and I mean ANYWHERE, including the corridor section where lots seem to get snagged on the door. Mine never has.
The groundsheet has a few little tears from stones underneath I guess, but I will show pictures of that so you can see them clearly.
As you see from the email paste, I paid £499.99 for this awning and it was on a special show deal as well so it includes the groundsheet as well which is usually an extra cost option.
I am asking £300 for this brilliant awning which really is as new - nothing ever ripped, no poles ever broken, comes with bag, inner sleeping compartment as well as the groundsheet.
I will be upfront on this and say I am not interested in taking lower offers as it is great value at £300 and if no interest now, I will just put it up in the spring for a hundred quid more and it will sell no problem I am sure - so buy now and save a load of cash.
If you want it couriered, that is doable, but at the buyers cost - maybe £30-£40 to send via UPS or DPD (and NOT My Hermes no matter how cheaper they are!)
I am selling only because I am running a VW LT now and the driveaway corridor bit is too low to attach (this is a 360 (380?) model and the LT needs a 780 model for the extra height)
Photos. These were taken at the Volksfling event in Biggar at the end of August this year, and is the last time the awning was used.

This is the side that usually is next to the camper. Because at this event I was using the LT (sold the T5 earlier in the week), the corridor section is all rolled up - but as said before, it is in pristine condition

This closeup actually shows a big collection of rain at the top - it rained A LOT that weekend! but what this shows is just how waterproof the awning is!! water collected and never dripped through, and no water came through to the inside either. (It also shows how I rolled up the corridor the wrong way- roll it up underneath and the rain has no pocket to collect in)

And finally ... a picture of the Motordown sleeper when I first bought it to check it out (placed on a protective tarp).

This photo shows the size and height against both a T4 and a T5
Not sure what else to say, but any questions, just ask.
To confirm, price is a firm £300 collected, and can be couriered at your expense (but my choice of courier as some I don't trust )
