How do you stop this please ? Normally whenever it's parked facing the sun.

Have you left any damp walking boots in the car Jamie?

Heavy condensation points towards excess moisture in the car. Wet matts or as David says wet boots or maybe a water leak into the cabin.
There are various wipe on or spray solutions but all they will do is alter how the water sits on the inside of the screen.
Try a couple of those moisture traps easily bought from B&M or places like that. But first see if you have any leaks 👍👍

If nothing damp in car a simple solution is to leave a door open after a trip to allow the interior to cool down and equalise temperature inside/outside.

Mine is the same at the moment after using it in the wet weather, I use the AC if I am out and about, that helps to get rid of some of the moisture. You should run your AC a bit in the winter anyway.

Ah , so it's slightly moist items inside - can't think it would leak , after all its a new car.
I do leave gloves , winter hat in there - extra layers this time of year.
No boots or coat , they're removed once I get home - cleaned and stored to dry naturally 👍
Interesting thing is , I auto glymed my inside half on the screen in the sun today.
Didn't do nearside, that's the side misting up.
I'll do that tomorrow.

Run the A/C all the time. It keeps the interior dry and maintains essential lubrication in the pump, pipework and condenser. Any small increase in fuel consumption is easily offset by not having to replace dried-out seals and refrigerant/lubricant. I also keep silica crystal packs in the interior of the car to absorb any moisture. They can be dried out if necessary in the microwave or by leaving them out in direct sunlight in spring/summer. 👍

As Firemac, I leave the AC on year round set to auto and 18.5C which I find comfortable.

18.5 my left foot ;-). I need mine on 22 minimum and sometimes send it up to 26 thanks to beta blockers.
I would always leave mine set to auto all year round just to keep changing the air but Jamie, get used to steamed up windows in a morning because new cars are so airtight that it’s virtually unavoidable.
