I am feeling a lot better now and improving every day. You can’t get rid of me that easy. Will be hitting 50 next year!!! Where has the time gone? 🤣

Next year, yeah so still a bit of time before the big 5 and 0. Honestly people always compliment I look younger than I am (I wish) but all the bloody health issues are worrying other than that I feel great. Young at heart, hardly a grey hair (just the beard) 😂😂 joking aside I try my best to stay as active as I can but this recent issue has been difficult to deal with.
