Thanks Bob So all is good with the new wheels, i might do the calipers once it's back in the garage and we do the front brakes and stone guards but Mrs P isn't fussed about those at the moment but i'm sure she'll like them when done Looks brilliant, Paul. I did the callipers in red on our last black one and was very pleased with the look.👍😊

Here is Mrs P lanogaurding the Rav last year, I thought I’d shown this but obviously I hadn’t 🙄 I did start doing it but once again that sickness feeling struck so she said she’d finish it off which she did😁

I use household gloss paint, never burnt it off yet with excessive braking 😉

They make and modify to customer requirements to them its just another wee job.

So if we start looking at having the Ravs exhaust modified to a twin pipe one either side like the Remus exhaust, would that all it would be a modification or would the rest of the exhaust need replacing and would it affect the emissions and running etc of the Rav?

So if we start looking at having the Ravs exhaust modified to a twin pipe one either side like the Remus exhaust, would that all it would be a modification or would the rest of the exhaust need replacing and would it affect the emissions and running etc of the Rav? Any competent exhaust fabricator could cut into the existing and given what you are after the minimal changes shouldn’t affect emissions as they would be well upstream of any post catalytic converter sensors, The changes should increase flow but only slightly so I can’t see anything being affected, Certainly no more or different to fitting an aftermarket twin pipe set up. These are my thoughts Paul and you should get the opinion of the guy who alters your system. I feel fairly confident though . If it’s for looks only you could just hang up a second tail section without connecting it. You wouldn’t of course get steam out of the dummy pipe though 🤪 Mad ? Not really. Ford brought out a version of the Transit van around 2008 called “ Sport Van “ it had some nice trick parts nicer seats more power special paint etc…l The naff part was a large square section exhaust tail section that looked bloody awful . The good part was it wasn’t connected in any way to the vans exhaust system Some owners just unbolted and removed it. 👍👍👍
