The damn engine and VSC/TRClivht has come on again and the car seemed to be losing power. Was on the M62 so pulled into the service station and disconnected the battery and it made it home.
My neighbours just erased the code which was P0016 is this an easy fix or shall I just leave it to a garage?
I need to get back to Brum but will be using the 4.3 instead just in case I get any more issues with this one.
I think it should be ok for the Mrs to drive locally for shopping etc till I get back home and hopefully get it sorted.

Thanks again guys

I think it’s probably the crank position sensor Ash. From memory it’s on the cam cover at the top. Might just be dirty. Not really a DIY job unless you know what you are doing.
