Not that I expect much disagreement, but Ah cannae half talk a lotta pish sometimes.......naw....? Read on......

Got oot the car today after a local and motorway run.....and there was that "Regeneration" pong.....again.......regen ma bliddy bahooky........put my fingers through the spokes of front o/s wheel.....feeling the heat......but naw.....kept poking further through.......can now apply for any vacancies for bank robbers......got no fingerprints on right hand......

Disc was absolutely roasting hot, so as I suspected originfully methinks I have a sticking caliper.......so question.....

Five year warranty runs oot 10/17. I presume if caliper is indeed faulty, it would be a warranty issue.....? Naturally pads are consumables, but not the machinery that operates them.....?

Regen still to be witnessed after all........lol. :P

I would think so Kev. They might just clean them up and grease the pins which we did when we painted the calipers. Is the other side cool ( don't burn your bliddy fingers testing mind).

I've been using one of those for when I'm machine polishing for over ten years now. Handy bit of kit :s_thumbsup

Not considered using one for that purpose. Handy tip :s_thumbsup

I bought mine initially for balancing radiators after redoing my heating system, and then went on to use it when changing the fish tank water and have found it really handy on the wheels as well (seemed to have more then my fair share of sticky calipers  )
