That's pretty much how I saw it 'live'. Vettel simply turned across Stroll just as he did in the previous race across Verstappen. It seems that once Vettel can't actually see a car he 'assumes' that it isn't there!

Yup :s_thumbsup
Footage from Vettels camera pointed the finger at him, I reckoned watching at the time;
But then when they showed the footage from Grosjeans car after the race, it seemed to make it even stevens to me, and that is what Anthony Davidson said he thought as well initially, but as he explained, it was a trick of the camera, and as Grosjean get closer, the gap between the track edge and Strolls car appears to increase, so you think he is going right, but in hindsight you can see it is a parallax error :rolleyes: And of course the Stroll camera footage tells the real story :Y

Vettel is lucky that last footage was not available to the stewards (not sure why not :s_scratchhead I thought ALL on-board camera was captured at all time) as I bet he would have got a penalty for that careless manoeuvre. F1 don't do retrospective penalties either except in the case of deliberate cheating or illegal car/tech.
