i think the Ferrari's are going to be strong this weekend, the Merc's haven't the straight's t stretch their legs, although I reckon it will be a Merc on pole, good circuit for the Red Bull's to get into the act as well. Which may stop Max getting itchy feet, it's going to blow up at some point if RB can't produce a winning car though.

great race with plenty of action, verstappen made a bit of a cock of him of himself on the first lap ! Good sportsmanship of Hamilton to give the place back to Bottas as he couldn't catch Raikkonen ...hope he doesn't need those 3 points at the end of the season :(
Well done to Alonso for coming on 6th :s_cool

Would be good to see Honda finally giving McLaren an engine to match their great chassis. Let's hope it was not flash a in the pan.
Lewis's actions will really annoy the Hamilton Haters who are constantly saying he gets all the good calls and never gives back. I think it was a good and clever move on his part. If he hadn't, then his teammate would be way less inclined to help later in the season. The 3 points lost today will be paid back later I am sure :Y

2nd Race with Channel 4 for me. That Steve Jones bloke is such a plank :(

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by Hamilton's action, Bottas was clearly struggling & dropped back quite significantly after being overtaken, I was expecting Hamilton not to give it back as it as around 5 seconds, what does it say about their relationship, is it he doesn't think Bottas is a threat, or did he just do the right thing, I'm not sure.

As to Vettel/Raikkonen it's starting to bubble up, Ferrari can't on one hand complain that Raikkonen is not cutting the mustard & then not let him overtake for the win, I feel a Vettel/Webber relationship coming on

Verstappen/Ricciardo mmmm well, schoolboy error taking out your team mate, maybe frustration got the better of him, ut what a race we could have had, IF both cars had made it through turn 3, I feel a good talking to, a spell on the naughty step & a 100 lines will stop him doing it again.

Was Alonso being flattered by the slow speed of the race? I hope not, I hope they have finally found what is the cause of their issue is, although I have always suspected it's fuel consumption & the low sped played into their hands.
