Is it easier to remove the whole unit?

On my 4.2 it was easier to get hand up the wing liner than work from the top :s_thumbsup

Correct. Going through the wheel arch liner will only require about a pint of blood.

Hey Bob. Does the Aygo have H4s? They are yellower than French headlights.

Not looked Don but I would think that would be the normal fit....and the Aygo has a slightly tinted headlamp lence could make them less efficient :s_sad

After driving with the Nightbreakers for a few days/nights I have realised just how bad, in fact how dangerous the stock bulbs were. The thing I have noticed the most is I seem to be suffering less dazzle from other cars. I've now got a well lit road to focus on rather than my eyes being drawn to the oncoming cars headlights.

I do a lot of driving on narrow moorland roads with no centre or edge white lines and when you get an oncoming car in the rain at night it has been interesting at times.

I'm thinking of changing the mains next but to be honest the stock bulbs aren't too bad.

Given the price of them, it's worth while doing a wholescale upgrade :s_thumbsup

Makes you wonder why the makers don't fit better ones now they have been around for so many years  probably cost them around £10 a car out the factory.

So, Dave......yer eyes are drawn to oncoming headlights, eh.....? Have you got big floppy ears....? Sorry to rabbit on.....

Change the main beams too.....it is worth it, even though the time spent on main beam is usually minimal due to people having the audacity to be coming the other way. One disadvantage of improved main beams is you find out just how reflective them big blue road signs can be.....!! Blindingly blue, min.......
